These terms apply to bookings of 12 Tribes Studios rooms and to your use of 12tribesstudios.com. By making a booking you agree to them. 12 Tribes Studios is operated by 12 Tribes Group Ltd, registered in England & Wales, 152–154 Curtain Road, Shoreditch, London EC2A 3AT.
Bookings and prices
- All published prices include VAT at 20% unless stated otherwise. The price for your session is the price shown when you book, as confirmed on your boarding pass.
- Some rooms have a 2-hour minimum booking. Half day means 4 hours; full day means 8 hours.
- On dry hire rooms (The Vantage and The Drawing Room) the room, lighting, props and sets are included; no crew is supplied unless booked as an add-on.
- The Vantage and The Drawing Room share an open floor, so only one of the two can be in use at any time.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your session.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are charged at 50% of the booking fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, and no-shows, are charged in full.
- One free reschedule is included with more than 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Session times and overtime
- Sessions begin and end at the booked times; late arrival does not extend the session.
- Overtime is subject to availability, must be agreed with your producer or the front desk before your booked end time, and is billed in 30-minute increments at your booked tier’s hourly rate.
- All sessions end by 22:00.
Use of the studios
- You are responsible for the conduct of everyone attending your session and for leaving the room in the condition you found it. Damage to equipment, sets or the building beyond normal use may be charged.
- Nothing unlawful, unsafe or infringing may be recorded or produced on the premises.
- You retain all rights in the content you record. We are not responsible for content you create in the studios.
- Equipment specifications may occasionally vary from the published lists where an equivalent or better substitute is provided.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities. You are responsible for backing up and taking away your recorded material at the end of your session.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. For anything else, email hello@12tribesstudios.com.
